Garbage, remains (reprinted special price edition)

Kenichi and Mayumi moved to the room of a woman who escaped at night due to violence by a man. Kenichi suffers from the bad smell of a 'raw garbage' bag that had been left behind by his former residents, but Mayumi is attracted to it for some reason. One day, a manager asks him the name of a violent man and his wife is captured by past curses. Mayumi killed Maeda, his former lover, carelessly, and Kenichi committed suicide by oppressing a student called 'Maeda' when he was a schoolboy. Strangely, the name of this violent man is also called 'Maeda.' What is the true nature of this creepy "raw garbage" !?
